1950’s. These were bought at the hat store to be given as gifts. Hat was then taken back to the store and exchanged for a real hat! Plastic hat, 4″ front to back and about 1 1/2″ high. Marked “Dobbs” inside hat. Raised hat band design. Better than excellent condition.
