Great set that looks fantastic as a wall display. Appear to be Copper plates with great early images of men and women doing exercises, working out and stretching. Ala Eadweard Muybridge. Based on the outfits we would say these are 1930’s or early 1940’s pieces.
- Offset 3 rectangular blocks with man stretching is 10″ x 7 1/4″ at widest/longest points,
- 7″ x 7 1/4″ block with man doing weird stretches including split runners stretch.
- “Y” looking 6 3/4″ x 8 1/2″ block with woman doing pose stretches. Sexy “bikini”!
- “L” shaped 6 picture series of woman on a bench, both straight and incline, working with early dumbbells. Small chunk of backing wood has come unglued but does not effect the plate at all and can easily be reglued.
