Though this is not in the plastic slab we are used to seeing with this collector’s estate coins, the hand numbered markings on the back are very similar to the stickers on the back of the PCGS slabbed coins he had. The two coins in sleeves we are currently posting were purchased together with the 1887 PCGS slabbed one also currently posted. You will likely know better than us if this is an earlier PCGS coin or not so just food for thought, certainly professionally graded.
