1955. 5 1/2″ tall. Cute 3-D bear with bow tie holding a large plaque with a foil backed thermometer. Thermometer has broken bottom bulb and is not working. Bear has Red mouth and Black and White other facial features. Great campy look on this smiling cutie. Base has raised lettering: “I CAN BEAR IT, CAN YOU?”. Back has decal with unreadable city in N.Y.. Exc+.
