1969. Hard White cardboard mailer with original mailing label contains a record album in plain White sleeve. Appears that this is 1/2 of the kit that likely included a toothbrush and toothpaste. Record has “The Autobiography of a Tooth” “manual version” on one side and “automatic version” on the other. Unusual and NM. Envelope has some spotting but still VG-.
