Probably very early 1900’s, possibly late 1890’s. Marked simply Pat. Apd. For (Patent applied for) this cutter features a mechanism used with quite a few advertising cutters of the time. Smooth operation and shows less then normal wear and age. Very good++ with use and age considered. 2 1/2″ long closed.
