Early 1970’s. Magician shows ancient looking playing cards, six with black spots and one the King of Diamonds. Patter is included in the original instructions but basically the cards are divided into two groups and spectators are asked to guess which has the King, As the story is told an old Gypsy who lost at this game of chance placed a curse on the game and ALL the cards are found to be winner’s (Kings). Nice looking large format cards in original parchment paper for extra effect. Also includes original slip case and fold out instructions. Maybe used twice and overall near mint– set for just some handling wear.
