You mean all you have are GI Joes? No action figure collection is complete without him! Probably early 60’s and we believe created by Peggy Nisbet of England. 8″ with moveable arms, and hard plastic legs that lend themselves to easy display. Very well done face with extremely detailed clothing. Wearing White pants, Blue tunic and Red velvet coat with fur trim and matching hat. Missing some White paint on shoes and right hand fingers crimped (as manufactured). Otherwise NM. Give it to your favorite womanizer, he’ll get the point!
