1991. Pulled from the market because of parents objections, Joe is just a misunderstood, cool camel. Ok, so his nose is said to resemble a….., well just insert your only possible guess here. Think vinyl head with Joe in trademark sunglasses and, of course, a Camel hanging out of his mouth. “Smooth Character” embossed in yellow at back of his neck. Nice coloring and well done. NM.
