1930’s. We’ve held on to a small collection of these beauties for almost 15 years since they we’re purchased from the Opfer’s in Maryland.
Features the little known (even in the real comic strip world) Segar character Sappo. In addition to his (and his wife’s) own strip, Sappo later appeared in the Thimble Theater.
Incredibly tight copy with only the slightest of aging. This is mostly just a little light creasing on the plain back cover. Generally appears un/little read.
