Description
Battlefield statue with large Soldier ready to throw a spear on his rearing horse. Below is a broken chariot wheel and fallen soldiers helmet. Has some antique original repairs in Black (as was often the acceptable practice) to the underside of base and couple of spots on soldier which are not distracting. Small piece of end of left wing on soldiers helmet missing.
We have only given this the lightest of dusting but no detailed crevice dusting or use of anything wet. A little warm water and soft toothbrush would improve it further and not effect the beautiful patina but we will leave that to the new owner. Dust will likely show in pictures so don’t let it throw you. Feel free to ask specific questions if you have any doubts.
