Description
60’s. 4 3/4″ diameter pot metal with Copper finish on top. 5 rests with outside edges decorated with birds on ornate branches. Center has Blue background enameled appearance with large Statue of Liberty in the center with New York bridge and skyline in the background. To the side is written “Statue of Liberty” and below is “New York City” with Red coloring that matches the Red base and torch on the Statue. There is some candle wax mostly over the “Statue of Liberty” words that may have been purposefully put there to prevent further damage to a tiny (less than 1/8″) spot above the “y” that goes to the base metal. Otherwise little used at most and overall Exc.. Marked “Japan” on base. Much better than picture portrays, sorry!
