1988. This pin is of the character featured in the now censored Uncle Tom’s Cabana and Uncle Tom’s Bungalow. This is the only depiction of this rare Avery character we’ve seen. 1 1/4″ high.
Not directly distributed in the U.S.. Mint. Original owner and other loose pins never used (just can’t find bags). These pins were manufactured in France where some of the biggest Avery fans resided/reside!. Made by Demons & Merveilles and each pin is marked and dated. High quality heavy metal and Cloisonne with great detail. Backs have tie tack like closure so it can easily be used as a tie pin as well.
