Folded 33″ x 46″ huge and highly detailed map of Tokyo. Marked “Tokyo City Plan” and has full alphabetical listing of all buildings and installations at the time. Near center shows huge area of Imperial Palace.
Produced by the Kyoto Printing company in 1948 and based on US Air Force aerial photographs taken in 1945 and 1947. it is noted that details were intensified with field surveys with the exception of the Imperial Palace grounds.
Handling surface dirt on outside of smallest fold area but map is better than excellent condition overall.
