60/70’s. 6 3/4″ tall on White base. Nicely detailed W.C. Fields wearing Yellow textured slacks, Green jacket, White shirt, Orange tie and Silver top hat. Holding cigar in one hand and cane in the other. Appears to be professionally hand decorated. Mint.
