We believe this is 1983 based on the stamp and may have been a set of cards given at the showing of The Art of Tin Toys at the Tokyo Designers Space where the mailed postcard notification is from.
The 7 toy postcards are unused and are photos by Yukio Shimizu himself. Sorry, dust shows on close ups.
