Nice oak ? dovetailed box with original interior lid label. We believe the actual manufacture date of the box is a little earlier but stamped twice inside with Feb. 22, 1913 stamp at top. Box is for No. 18, Size 2 Extra Rapid Flow syringes. Has instructions for filling and using the syringe. Manufactured for George Evans of Philadelphia. Label edges have a few small missing pieces but printed portion is 95% intact and fully readable. Box has small button lock. Box shows less than normal age wear and marks. One small tack (of four) on one hinge is half exposed and bent over but does note effect the opening and closing of the box nor overall appearance. Overall very good++ piece.
