Description
These are from the files of the then H/K Industrial Designer. They are in incredible condition and it is highly likely that these are the only copies you will ever see.
These give you some insights to the Harman Kardon family and the goings on at the company during this time of prolific design and fantastic, still collected, audio equipment.
The first issue is September 1976. The book begins with an interview between the companies President, Robert Greenberg, and Stereo Guide magazine’s George W. Tillett.
There is a discussion of the then new employee stock purchase plan and a mention of Harry Teed’s retirement along with a letter from him regarding that retirement.
The second issue is December 1976. Most interesting is the “introduction” of the Industrial Designer who’s files all of these past, recent and future items have come from.
Of course both issues have what you would expect in any family feel company like puzzles, horoscopes, announcements and the like.
