Description
Nice design with Blue & Grey horizontal stripe background with some Black slashes across it. Over this background are Orange & Red large eyed fish swimming amongst musical notes (food?). Either a sample or display, marked “J. Garcia / not for sale” on back label. Not sure if this design was released with the other $100 retail tie designs or not. Even without it’s uniqueness, this is a great collectible piece.
