1971. Can the expanding planet of Celestra (a planet VERY similar to Earth) grow wisely enough to avoid the pitfalls of industrialization, lowered death rates, etc.. Another great 70’s theme game from the gang that brought you “Smog”, “Ecology”, “Dirty Water” and “Women’s Lib”. Looks like it was only played once. Box lid has one repaired corner. Great futuristic looking cover with Black and White crowd with computer look “Population” lettering in Red. Contents are Exc+ to NM+.
