50/60’s. Really great 8 1/2″ tall, with cork, figural decanter. St. Bernard with a tear in his eye and tongue hanging out wearing a Pink bathrobe with matching striped pajamas below. One 1/8″ chip on right ear but otherwise NM. Made in Japan paper label.
