Description
50’s. Pair of 4 1/2″ chef figures in different poses. Each chef is wearing a White with Blue accent chefs outfit complete with puffy hat that has “Tappan” in Red. Faces are nicely detailed and they are also wearing Red shoes. Tops each marked “Salt” and “Pepper” respectively. Salt has one hand behind back and other on hip while Pepper is pointing to his left palm with the right hand. One original cork remains, other is standard and easily replaced. Overall the pair is Exc, mostly for few scattered small flecks on surface. Most notably: Salt has mark to White on one eyebrow and Pepper has one small fleck on back of finger tip of left hand which is unseen from the front, on fleck on bottom brim of cap and one small fleck on outside edge of left shoe.
